A NOTE FROM YOUR CHIEF WELLNESS OFFICER:
I have been visiting Portugal since 2010. For many years, Portugal was an underground, best kept secret…”the California of Europe”. Before all the hype and fancy hotels and secluded estates, Portugal has always been a place for wellness refuge: (nearly) eternal sunshine, beautiful nature and a slow-life pace. Now with the rising wellness scene, I did what any self-respecting CWO would do: I scheduled an “offsite”.
This isn’t a list of fancy hotel spas. I asked locals where they actually go to unwind and built this guide with their inputs and dutifully tested each and every experience personally. Seven experiences and one bonus excursion, across Lisbon and just beyond.
As the French school holiday approaches, it’s a great time to think of your next trip and add these to your must-visit list.
